Symptoms

When attempting to send a report via email, the following error occurs:

Delivery to email Completed with Failure. Concurrent Connection limit exceeded.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Oracle Analytics Publisher.
2. Navigate to Administration.
3. Open the Shared Folders.
4. Schedule a report and send it via email.
5. Observe error.
