Cycle Count Tasks Are Not Visible In Mobile Applications (Doc ID 3021743.1)

Symptoms

Cycle count tasks with status 'QUEUED' in Warehouse Control Board are not visible in Mobile application for the assigned users.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login in to the Mobile GUI Application using Responsibility=Whse Mgmt

2. Navigate(N) Warehousing->Inventory->Counting->Cycle Count->Normal

3. Choose your current organization  

4. Select the Cycle count name

5. Query with the Item and see no records.
