ARXTWMAI: Unable to Add Debit Authorization Due to Error: 'FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries' (Doc ID 3022651.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add the Debit Authorization on a transaction, the following error occurs in Payment Instrument form:

ERROR
-----------------------
FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation:      Transactions > Transactions

  1. Query Transaction > click on Select Instrument
  2. In the Payment Instrument form, select Bank Account Number 
  3. Click on Debit Authorization field

 

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.11
