R12:PA: Export to CSV File From ECC Dashboard Errors Out on Edge Browser (Doc ID 3023389.1)

When attempting to export data from ECC Projects Costing Dashboard,
the following error occurs.

File xxx.csv not found.

Error only in Microsoft Edge browser. No issue in Chrome and Firefox browsers.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login using Project Super User – Project Command Center
2. Click on the menu and export to csv.
3. It gives error.
