FAXASSET: WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD For ASSIGNMENTS_DIST Not Triggering Form Personalization (Doc ID 3023561.1)

Symptoms

Customer is unable to get a form personalization message to fire for the WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD event, for the ASSIGNMENTS_DIST trigger object of the FAXASSET form. They can get it fire just fine for ASSIGNMENTS_HEADER.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) From the Asset Manager Responsibility (N) Assets > Assets Workbench
2) (N) Help > Diagnostics > Personalize
3) Define form personalization based on WHEN_VALIDATE_RECORD trigger
