Commit Rows Parameter Is Not Available In WebADI For General Ledger (Doc ID 3023848.1)

Symptoms

The Commit Rows Parameter is not available in WebADI for GL.  This new parameter was announced in R12.1 / R12.2 : Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 12.1 and 12.2 Release Content Documents  (Doc ID 1302189.1)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Attempt to upload Web ADI spreadsheet - Navigate to Journals > Journal Wizard
2.  Click Create Document
3.  Web ADI excel spreadsheet opens
4.  Enter journal lines on the spreadsheet
5.  Click Oracle > Upload
6.  Parameters window opens
7.  Commit Rows is not seen as a choice
