Symptoms
System is not honoring default status of destination subinventory/locator while doing subinventory or move order transfer. The user is expecting that after transfer default status of destination locator would apply to the onhand but it is taking other status.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a move order. (Inventory -> Move Orders -> Move Order)
2. Approve and transact it. (Inventory -> Move Orders -> Transact Move Order)
3. In the onhand form, observe that newly created onhand is showing a status other than default status of the locator. (Inventory -> On-hand, Availability -> On-hand quantity)
