After Running Translation, Need to Recreate Summary Templates to See Translated Balances After Upgrade to 12.2 (Doc ID 3024466.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade to 12.2, summary templates must be recreated every time after running translation. This was not needed prior to upgrade.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Run Translation in a General Ledger responsibility by navigating to Currency > Translation

2. Populate mandatory fields and click Translate

3. Financial Statement Generator (FSG) Report by navigating to Reports > Request > Financial

4. Choose report to run and click Submit

5. Review FSG Report output by Navigating to Other > Requests and click Find

6. Set cursor on report and click Output

7. Report does not show translated balances

8. If Summary Templates are re-created, the report shows correct balances
