GMSRGDR: An Award Is Not Accruing Revenue and Users Are Not Able To Bill (Doc ID 3024707.1)

Symptoms

An Award/Project budget is not accruing revenue for any transactions or generating invoices.

The project is a sponsored Capital Project.

Users are unable to determine why this award and project are different than other funded projects.

Steps to reproduce are

  1. Create or interface expenditure transactions from pre-approved batch, interfacing with other products (AP, PO), or third party transactions
  2. Generate cost distributions with the appropriate costing programs
  3. Run burden processes
  4. Run Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Award
  5. No Revenue is generated
  6. Run GMS: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Award
  7. No Invoices are generated.
  8. Neither program output contains exceptions and completes successfully.
