Israel Localizations: VAT Reports Not Picking Allocation Number from Global Descriptive Flexfields (GDF) at Payables Invoice Header (Doc ID 3024768.1)

Income Tax Authority (ITA) allocation number is appearing as blank in below VAT reports after implementing Israel Continuous Transaction Control (CTC) feature and assigning ITA allocation number to global descriptive flexfield (GDF) at Payables invoice header:

Israeli VAT AP Detailed Register Report:  New column ("Allocation Number") added
Israeli VAT File related to 835: Positions 52-60 in text file output

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into the responsibility: Payables.
2. Navigate to Invoice > Invoice Workbench
3. Enter invoice details and fill in "Allocation Number" in GDF at invoice header level.
4. Validate and account the invoice.
5. Run the VAT reports and observe issue.
