Symptoms

The reversal transaction showing negative (-) quantity and positive (+) raw cost.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Expenditure Inquiry
  2. Query the Expenditure 
  3. Click on Tools 
  4. Click on Transfer
  5. Provide the Project & task details to transfer the expenditure.

Changes

Expectation is that reversal transaction show negative (-) quantity and (-) negative raw cost.
