For Sales Order With Shipment From Multiple Lots, Taxes At Receivables Transaction Are Getting Calculated Only For One Lot

Symptoms
For sales order with shipment from multiple lots, taxes are getting calculated only for 1 lot at the Receivables(AR) transaction level.
In sales order, tax is getting calculated correctly but in AR transaction it calculates tax for first lot only.
For export order with multiple lots, taxes are getting calculated only for 1 lot. And it makes difference in Total value.
Taxes should be calculated properly at the AR transaction level for all the shipped lots.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Local Order Management > Sales Orders.
2. Create sales order for say 200 quantity.
3. Navigate to India Local Order Management > Shipping Transactions
4. Pick Release the sales order line with the intention to ship the 200 quantity in 2 lots(2 delivery details created against 1 delivery) of 150 and 50 quantity
5. Ship confirm the delivery.
6. Execute Background workflow process and Autoinvoice Import program.
7. Navigate to India Local Receivables > Transactions Workbench.
8. Query the AR Transactions and go to tools > India Tax Details.
9. Checing the taxes at the showed the taxes only calculated on 150 quantity even though the line amount showed 200 quantity.
