RMA For Internal Order Is Stuck In Booked Status After Order Import (Doc ID 3025247.1)

Symptoms

In Transaction Entry, Return Order (RMA) for Internal Order remain stuck in Booked status after Order Import.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: Expect to be able to progress the Order

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Navigate to Order Management Super User responsibility to perform Internal Requisition (IR) to Internal Sales Order (ISO) flow.

2) Create an IR, say IR1 from M1  -> M2 Org with an Item, say AS54888, and QTY as 10

3) Run Create Internal Orders and then run Order Import to create ISO, say ISO1.

4) Pick Release and Ship Confirm the Sales Order # ISO1

5) Completed the Receipts IR-> IR1 at the Destination Org M2 for QTY 10

6) Create a Return Order @-> for the IR # IR1 from Destination Org M2 for QTY 10

7) Submit Order Import Concurrent Program.

8) Observe that the Order Import fails
