Error "APP-PAY-07092 - This action is invalid for the current record." While Trying to Click on Application Form (Doc ID 3026282.1)

While trying to Re-hire an employee by clicking on the Application form the following error occurs

ERROR

APP-PAY-07092 - This action is invalid for the current record.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to HRMS Manager

2. Navigate to People --> Enter and Maintain

3. Query the Ex-Employee who must be rehired

4. Date track to Date on which you want to Rehire the Employee

5. Now click on Others Button--> Application

6. System shows the above error
