Symptoms
When attempting to bring up the list of values (LOV) for the ship to,
the following error occurs and is shown on the form.
FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Shipping Transaction form
3. Click on the "Ship To" field.
Pull up the list of values, enter %TEX% and click on the FIND button.
Find cursor spinning.
LOV is not rendered
4. Error message above is shown:
FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508
5. Find that this form is unusable after clicking on the ship to field.
Changes
Upgraded the instance from 12.1.3 to 12.2.11
Within 12.1.3 the field worked. Within 12.2.11 the field does not work.
Had applied Patch 35142043:R12.WSH.C
Using current file versions
