Symptoms

When attempting to access ECC Enterprise Command Center 360 View dashboard, the following error occurs.


The request could not be understood by server due to malformed syntax.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open ECC Enterprise Command Center
2. Select (for example) :  Oracle & Internal Oracle - Goods
3. Notice the error.
