Symptoms
When attempting to run claims autopay,the following error occurs.
ERROR

The program failed to create claim in autopay because currency code is missing for customer XXXX . Enter a correct currency code for customer XXXX
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to (R) Oracle Trade Management User
2. Go to Requests >> Claims Autopay
3. pass the necessary parameters. Getting error as mentioned above
