Position update is resulting in the Notification Preference being changed to QUERY instead of remaining as MAILHTML


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. User preference is set to 'HTML mail with attachments'
Login to Oracle Application Home page
Click on Settings => Preferences

2. Create position XXYYY

3.Run query for position and verify preference is MAILHTML
