Symptoms
Getting the below error when trying to deliver the receipt quantity.
RVTTH-192.rvtthins: Subroutine ORA-20001: APP--20110: Encountered the error in trigger JAI_RCV_RT_ARI_T1.ORA-20001: returned error
Cause: Subroutine ORA-20001: APP--20110: Encountered the error in trigger JAI_RCV_RT_ARI_T1.ORA-2000
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the India Local Purchasing responsibility.
2. Oracle Purchasing-> Receiving-> Receipts.
3. Enter a new receipt.
4. Click on Tools-> India Tax Details, apply taxes and save the receipt.
5. Got to Receiving-> Receiving Transactions and search for the Receipt no. to "Accept" the quantity.
6. Error occurred when trying to "Deliver" the quantity.
