Symptoms

Using Purchasing, when accessing the Intergovernmental Performances page in the buyer work center, the performance is very slow.



Replication Steps: 
1. Login and choose the Purchasing Responsibility
2. Navigate - Buyer Work Center - IGT Performances
2. As the page opens - the default filter 'Performance' executes and it is taking a very long time to complete
