Symptoms

When attempting to update an employee assignment, the following error occurs.

FRM-40735: ON-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-00907 error


Steps to reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to XX HRMS MANAGER responsibility
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain
3. Query an employee
4. Click on Assignments
5. Attempt to make any changes to the assignment and save
  Error occurs
