Symptoms

After running the 'Tax Year End Data Validation and Preprocess' concurrent program, the following errors are displayed in the 'Create Tax Year End Exception Log':

Employer Pension Fund Contribution (Code 4472) has a value. Therefore, Pension Fund Contribution Fringe Benefit (Code 3817/3867) and Total Pension Fund Contributions (Code 4001) must have values.
Employer Provident Fund Contribution (Code 4473) has a value. Therefore, Provident Fund Contribution Fringe Benefit (Code 3825/3875) and Total Provident Fund Contributions (Code 4003) must have values.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Under ZA HRMS Manager Responsibility or equivalent.

2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'Payroll Run ZA' and 'PrePayments' processes for the relevant period.

3. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'Tax Year End Data Validation and Preprocess' concurrent program for the relevant tax year.

4. The following processes are spawned automatically:
- 'Tax Certificate Preprocess (Tax Certificate Preprocess)' concurrent program.
- 'Create Tax Year End exception log (Create Tax Year End Exception Log)' concurrent program.

5. Click on View Log for the Create Tax Year End Exception Log > Observe above errors are displayed
