Goal
gluabcal.sql is the script designed to prepare the existing GL database for Average Balances Processing. It is sometimes run as part of datafixes (typically after truncating the GL_DATE_PERIOD_MAP table, to rebuild its content).
On running, this script inserts extra rows that did not exist before into the GL_DATE_PERIOD_MAP table.
