Schedules Tab on Lease Edit Form is Not Cleared When Opening Payments (Tab) From Same Lease Edit Form (Doc ID 3028557.1)

In Edit lease form when viewing different tabs, for eg opening Schedule (tab) form first and then switch to Payments (tab) form, part of the Schedule (tab) form is still displayed on the backgound.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use a Property Manager responsibility
1. Navigate to Leases and Documents > Main Lease > Enter Leases and Documents
2. Query lease
3. Click Edit button
4. Expanding the form to full screen
5. Go to Schedules Tab
6. Go to Payments Tab
7. Can see that a part of the Schedules form's background into the bottom of the screen
