Service Contracts Created from a Sales Order with a Duration of 1 Day get Created in Expired Status (Doc ID 3028680.1)

Symptoms

When creating a Service Contract from a Sales Order with a duration of 1 day, starting 'today', the contract gets created in Expired status. If the contract is created for 'today' it should be created in Active status.

STEPS
1. Using the "Order Management Super User, Vision Operations (US)" responsibility, Created and save a Sales Order with a Service Line with a Start Date and End Date of 'today'.
2. Book the Order.
3. Using the "Service Contracts Manager, Vision Enterprises" responsibility, query up the Sale Order on the Service Contracts Reprocess Order form.
4. Submit the record creating a Service Contract.
5. This contract is in Expired status with a Start and End Date of 'today', This should be 'Active'.
