No Deletion Records Are Recorded in the Extract Results Details Form When Running the PenServer Interface Process After Deleting the Allowance Element and Adding It to a Different Date in Element Entries Form (Doc ID 3028796.1)

Symptoms

When running the PenServer Interface Process after deleting the allowance element and adding it to a different date in Element Entries form, it is observed that no deletion records are recorded in the Extract Results Details Form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using UK HRMS Manager responsibility.
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Search for the employee > Assignment > Entries > Put in an allowance (for example: on 1st April 2024).
3. Go to People > Enter and Maintain > Search for the affected person > Assignment > Others > Run QuickPay.
4. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'PenServer Interface Process'.
5. Delete the allowance > Save.
6. Add the same allowance but on a different date (for example: on 25th April 2024) > Save.
7. Run a retro to pull through the backdated arrears payment.
8. Go to People > Enter and Maintain > Search for the affected person > Assignment > Others > Run QuickPay.
9. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'PenServer Interface Process'.
10. Navigate to Mass Information eXchange: MIX > System Extract > Extract Results >  Query for 'PQP GB PenServer Periodic Changes Interface - Service History' Extract Name.
11. Observe that no deletion records are recorded in the Extract Results Details Form.
