When Clicking on ‘View Drilldown’ in the View Journal Entry Lines Page Nothing Happens (Doc ID 3028889.1)

Symptoms

Users are trying to drilldown to the details for a Payables journal.  When the user clicks ‘View Drilldown’ in the View Journal Entry Lines page nothing happens.

Steps:

1.  Using a General Ledger responsibility, navigate to Inquiry-->Journal.

2.  Query for the journal the user wants to view.  In this particular case it is a journal with the source = Payables.

3.  Click on the 'Review Journal' button and the View Journal Entry Lines page opens.

4. The user selects the subledger entry line and the clicks on 'View Drilldown'.
