Symptoms

When attempting to run Reverse Journals the concurrent request log file returns the following error:

SHRD0018: Oracle database error trapped at function: GLPRUH - label: glpruh_err
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too


STEPS
-----------------------

1. Login to General Ledger responsibility
2. Navigate to View > Requests > Submit a new Request
3. Run GLPREV: Reverse Journals program
4. Verify the log file
