Symptoms

When attempting to edit a lease to add a Billing line, a performance issue is experienced.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query lease Navigation Leases and Documents > Main Lease > Enter Leases and Documents
2. Query lease and Choose Edit
3. Add billing line and Save
4.  Performance issue is seen
