CWB Numeric Column Not Properly Displaying Decimals As Expected (Doc ID 3029186.1)

Goal

Can the EBS Compensation Workbench (CWB) TotalComp column be formatted like a currency value in the Allocation Spreadsheet?

Steps to verify:

 1. Navigate to responsibility: Compensation Workbench for Administrators.
 2. Go to Allocation task.
 3. Under the Compensation table (bottom table on the allocation page), click on the Personalize for Selected Compensation Plan link.
 4. Add column Total Compensation to the right side then save.
 5. Ensure in the 'Settings' button (top right of page) that the column is not read only
 6. Now return to the application and add an amount to the column that has been added.
 7. Save the page and return to the value.
   - See that the value only considers one decimal. Cannot see how to round this to hundredth and have it stay.
