Symptoms
FNDATREP:Audit Trail Report for table "FA_ADJUSTMENTS" completed with the below errors.
APP-FND-00016:No primary key information exists for table FA_ADJUSTMENTS_A audit table not made.
Action: Define primary key information for table. Auditing cannot occur on tables without primary keys.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to System Administrator Responsibility
2. Navigate to Security > Audit Trail > Audit Trail Reporting > Audit Report
