"504 Gateway Time-out" Error When Try To Click On Export All Items In Product Hub (Doc ID 3029383.1)

Symptoms

The users are facing performance issue and receiving the error below in HTML page when doing export all items for the second time with the same data setup in the advance search page.

ERROR

504 Gateway Time-out


STEPS
1. Goto Development Manager responsibility and search for the Item
(N): Development Manager -> Item Catalog -> Item Advanced Search
2.The search results are displayed immediately.
Click the Export All Items on this screen. There is no issue first time.
3.Search the Item with the same search criteria again.
4.The search results are displayed immediately.
Click the Export All Items on this screen. after a long time, a 504 Gateway Time-out
error occurs.
