When Hit Cancel For “Search and Select: User Name” Popup From Proxy Page, Will Leave The User Name Field Populated (Doc ID 3029390.1)

Symptoms

1. On the Proxy Configuration Page, click “Add Proxy”.

2. On the Add Proxy Page, enter in the FULL value of a User Name that exists in Oracle EBS as a valid Internal User. Hit the TAB Key which will bring up the “Search and Select: User Name” popup. The Popup will show “No Items Found”.

3. On the “Search and Select: User Name” popup, hit Cancel. This will return you to the Add Proxy Page and will leave the User Name field populated.
