iSupplier Portal Notify Buyer Customized Email Body Is Not Reflecting Edited Changes (Doc ID 3029550.1)

Goal

After modifying seeded message for iSupplier Buyer Notification (Internal Name POSASNNB) in Application Developer and bouncing middle tier, when testing the new message, the old seeded message is still displaying.

Seeded message:

FYI: ASN <ASN #>has been submitted by <company name> : Expected Receipt Date is dd-mmm-yyyy xx:xx:xx

This is what the message reads in Application Developer:

&ASN_TYPE(Advanced Ship Notice) &SHIPMENT_NUM from Purchase Order Number &DOC_NUM, has been submitted by &SUPPLIER : Expected Receipt Date is &EXPECTED_RECEIPT_TS
