View Only Supplier Fields In Organization Page Are Editable After Returning From Attachment (Doc ID 3029674.1)

Symptoms

When user accessing in the view supplier details on the Organization in view only mode,
once user click on the attachment link and return to Organization page, fields are editable.

Issue can be reproduced by following steps:

1. Go to Supplier Homepage with view only responsibility;
  ex) - From PO Inquiry responsibility
     OR
      - Remove the Function “Supplier Full Access : Buyer View”
         from the Purchasing Responsibility
          in System Administrator; Security - responsibility
     ->Then go to Buyer Work Center-> Supplier
2. Query for an existing Supplier
  - click on Update
3. Go to Organization page;
  - Attachments Initially all edit links are in disabled status and not able to update
    Other fields also shown read only
4. Click on Title link attachment
  -> User is redirected to the Attachment details page -
  - Click on Return to go back to previous Organization page
5. Now Update option is enabled to update the attachments
   Also other fields are editable
