Symptoms
When creating a Repair Order in the Depot Workbench, if partial quantity with decimal is input, the error “FRM-5000+: Legal Characters are 0-9 +.” will show in the bottom left on the form.
Steps

Depot Repair Manager Responsibility
Create a Service Request
Create a Repair Order and select an item with a UOM of "Foot"
Input quantity of 1.5 feet and save
Error is displayed in the status bar: “FRM-50006: Legal characters are 0-9 + and -.”
