Dots And Slash '.../' causes Bad Request Error In Item Search, Checkout In iProcurement Or Any Other Web Module/Pages (Doc ID 3029957.1)

Issue with using Multiple Docs and Slashes, ex. '.../'  in Web pages.

When search for item with slash / and multiple dots . (ex. .../), then it throw Bad request error in iProcurement
Issue not only seen in item search, shopping cart checkout action, but seen across modules, in any web pages for search, entering etc.

STEPS
---------------
 In iProcurement responsibility;
 1. Go to iProcurement Home page
 2. Search for item with combination of / and multiple dots ...
  - ex. search for '.../'
 3. Bad request error thrown

Or other example:

 1. Go to iProcurement Home page
 2. Search for item with '../' with other key words
 3. Click any Action link (Edit /Submit/ Save etc...)
 4. Bad request error thrown
