Symptoms
When trying to create a new tax regime, unable to find the party name(Operating Unit) in the List of Values (LOV).
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Tax Manager Responsibility> Tax Configuration> Tax Regime.
2. Create new tax regime using the create button.
3. After entering the regime click on "Continue" to go on regime subscription page.
4. Click on "+" icon to add party(Operating Unit) but the LOV is not showing Operating Unit for which setup is to be done.
