Source Code Is Incorrectly Displayed in the Process Output After Running the Electronic Tax File Concurrent Program

Symptoms
After running Electronic Tax File concurrent program, when reviewing the output of the process, it has been found that the Source Code is incorrectly displayed.
Example: The source code should be '4142', but it is displayed as '4288.50'.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under ZA HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run Electronic Tax File concurrent program.
3. Click on 'View Output' button and choose a browser to open the process output.
4. Observe that the Source Code is wrong.
