Symptoms

When running Engineering Change Order Open Interface program to import Engineering Change order data (for core Engineering ECOs where PLM_OR_ERP_CHANGE = 'ERP')  from Interface tables with multiple revised items and there is a failure, See only below error message in log. ECO was created and some information was imported, however, not sure what is the cause of failure. All records are available in ECO interface table that show process flag = 3.

ENG_Eco_PVT : Process ECO ORA-01403: no data found

STEPS
1. Load data into ECO interface tables - Eng_Eng_Changes_Interface, Eng_Revised_Items_Interface, Bom_Inventory_Comps_Interface.
2. Engineering > Requests > Run ECO Import
3. Go to Engineering > ECOs > Query for ECO
4. See few revised items imported , components from the ECO have not been interfaced.
5. Check log file > See error.
