Symptoms
Encountered the below error when trying to end date a registration record in the third party registration form.
FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Financials for India > Party Registrations > Define Third Party Registrations.
2. Query for the respective supplier/customer.
3. Observed an error upon providing the value of end date field for a registration record in the registration tab.
