Shipping Transaction Form(WSHFSTRX) Order Search Performance is Slow (Doc ID 3030494.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, Performance Issues

When querying by order number on the shipping transaction form the search takes a very long time.

From tkprof output, below query is taking a long time:

 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Oracle Applications
2.Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Navigate to Shipping > Transactions
4. Enter the Order Number, click on Find
5. Notice it is taking longer time to fetch the result
