In ECC Dashboard, for a single GT&C, multiple Orders can be created if ECC Incremental Load has not been run.

Steps
=====
1. Create a GT&C with agreement type as "Single" and approve it from both sides.
2. Pull the GT&C into Projects application.
3. The Create Order link is now enabled for this GT&C.
4. Create Order 1 for the GT&C.
5. The Create Order link is still available on this single GT&C.
6. Create Order 2 on the same single GT&C.
7. Run the ECC Incremental Load and observed that the Create Order link is now removed and 2 Orders are created for single GT&C.
