Work Confirmation is getting approved after using Browser Back Button

Symptoms
Work Confirmation Approver when Click on View and Respond to Work Confirmation link and Clicks on Approve and again when User click on browser back button and come forward to the same page it is allowing to Approve again. After this User can see the history as Approved by next Approver without his intervention.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement Responsibility and Submit the Work Confirmation.
2. Login as Approver1
3. Click on View and Respond to Work Confirmation
4. New page opened. Click on submit.
5. Click on Browser back button.
6. Click on Submit: Work Confirmation is Approved by Appover1 and twice by clicking on Browser Back button but the record showing as Approver2.
