Cycle Count Approval Time Out Action Not Working With AME Workflow Setup (Doc ID 3030732.1)

Goal

Cycle Count Approval Time Out Action works with AME workflow setup.

There are 2 issues here:
1)The Time out action not working as defined in the Organization parameter.
2)The customer had created a dynamic SQL based on Item Key (cycle_count_entry_id) for the child processes to get the Approval Group :

Approval Management Business Analyst responsibility> Business Analyst Dashboard > select the transaction type ‘INV Cycle Count AME Approval > click on Setup icon>Approval Group

 Organization parameter setup
    Time out action is set as - Recount Automatically and
    Time Out Days is set as 2
but Approval Workflow records doesn't gets set to Recount as per setup.
