System throwing below error while trying to setup claim term.

APP-JA-460555 - Assignment combination cannot be duplicated. Please enter unique value

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Oracle financials of India.
2. Navigate to Recovery Management -> Define claim term.
3. Try to create the new claim term.
4. Notice the given error.
