ORA-20001 Error Occurs When Executing PER_UTILITY_FUNCTIONS.GET_NET_ACCRUAL (Doc ID 3030919.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to execute PER_UTILITY_FUNCTIONS.GET_NET_ACCRUAL to get the net accrual for the employee, the following error occurs.

 

ORA-20001: Data PER_AGE not found at line 96 of ANNUAL_LEAVE_ACCRUAL

Cause: A SQL SELECT statement, obtained from teh application dictionary, returned no rows when executed.

Action: Please refer to your local support representative.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Execute PER_UTILITY_FUNCTIONS.GET_NET_ACCRUAL.


      2. Error occurs.
