Symptoms
When attempting to execute PER_UTILITY_FUNCTIONS.GET_NET_ACCRUAL to get the net accrual for the employee, the following error occurs.
Cause: A SQL SELECT statement, obtained from teh application dictionary, returned no rows when executed.
Action: Please refer to your local support representative.
