Symptoms
Log Notes in Update Service Request HTML Screen doesn't display notes entered with new lines in different lines
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Service Responsibility
3. Navigate to Customer Management >HTML Contact center
4. Query for Service Request
5.In Update Service Request page ,Log and Notes Tab,Add Note
For eg:
Entered Notes and saved :
Test
Test1
Test2
But after saving, on the Log and Notes, it is displayed as " Test Test1 Test2"
