Old Purchase Order's (PO) Are Not Available To Create Advanced Shipments Notices (ASN) In ISupplier Portal (Doc ID 3031450.1)

Symptoms

Old POs are not available to Create ASN in iSupplier Portal.

When trying create ASN as external supplier for POs, only new ones are showing up. POs before iSupplier was enabled are not showing.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. iSupplier Portal> Shipments tab > Shipment Notices > Create Advance Shipment Notice.
2. Only seeing POs that were created after iSupplier Portal was implemented
