Symptoms
When attempting to run online accounting, the following error occurs.
Online accounting could not be created for this transaction. Please inform your system administrator that the Create Accounting program has encountered an internal error.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Using Receivables Responsibility
2. Navigate to form (either Receipts/Receipts, or Transactions/Transactions)
3. Query the item
4. Tools > Create Accounting, submit Accounting and the above message is returned. Accounting does not generate.
